I-65 South to EXIT 220 (Winamac exit/Highway 14)

Turn Left (East) on Highway 14

Continue on Highway 14 to STOP SIGN (Highway 231)

Continue on Highway 14 1.8 miles Clinic is on left side of road in back group of buildings.

 

FROM SOUTH - INDIANAPOLIS

 

I-65 North to EXIT 220 (Winamac exit/Highway 14)

Turn Right (East) on Highway 14

Continue on Highway 14 to STOP SIGN (Highway 231)

Continue on Highway 14 1.8 miles Clinic is on left side of road in back group of buildings.

 

FROM EAST

 

Intersection of Highways 421 and 14 (West Central High School) (NOT HIGHWAY 114)

Go West on HIGHWAY 14

Continue past Highway 49 (Goes off to the north to Valparaiso)

Clinic on Right side of road 3.6 miles past Highway 49 at bottom of small hill

 

FROM WEST

 

Intersection of US Highway 41 and Highway 14 (NOT HIGHWAY 114)

Go East on Highway 14 through two STOP SIGNS

First stop sign is Highway 55, second stop sign is Highway 231

Continue on Highway 14 1.8 miles Clinic is on left side of road in back group of buildings.
